Founder's Bios

Martha Carlson

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Michigan Technological University in 1986, Martha has spent the last 20 years growing businesses through her innovative marketing ideas and organizational expertise. Martha has held both a California Real Estate Agent's license, used to sell mortgages in the early 1990s and a Life Insurance License. Martha's most recent and on going success is growing a very successful Outdoor Advertising business in the Sacramento area for the last 12 years.

Robin Root

Robin has over 18 years of sales experience working in the Ca Mortgage industry as a Sr. Loan Officer. She received her Ca Real Estate License in 1990 and updated to a Real Estate Broker license with the Ca Dept. of Real Estate in 2004. She attended the prestigious Hecht & Associates Sales Professional Course in the years of 1993-1995 which is a 2 year course educating sales professionals across the United States. Over the past 18 years she worked in virtually every aspect of the real estate/mortgage industry.
